Pre-construction planning
This is where Horst is different. We map priorities, selections and costs before any work starts. It's the single biggest reason our projects stay on scope and on budget — scope creep dies here.

Proposal & agreement
You get a clear scope and price up front. You'll know what you're getting and what it costs before we pick up a tool — no vague reassurance, no moving targets.

Build
Connor is personally on site as your single point of contact. You get plain, specific updates and one person accountable for the result from start to finish.

Final walkthrough & handover
We walk the finished project together and hand back a home built to the standard we promised at the very start.
Where you're involved
You're most involved early — in planning and selections — where your input shapes the whole project. Once the scope is set and the build is underway, we keep you informed without needing to chase you.
